POSITION: SR. PROJECT MANAGER FOR MOBILE AND AI PROJECTS (#416787E)
LOCATION: NASHUA, NH
Will serve the role of senior project manager of Zco’s Artificial Intelligence and mobile product development. Define project scope, milestones, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders. Build and lead cross-functional teams composed of software developers, data scientists, ML engineers, designers, and other domain experts. Oversee the entire project lifecycle—including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure—ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Manage and allocate resources, track performance metrics, and serve as a mediator for team conflicts or challenges. Direct the AI development process, from data acquisition and model building to deployment and monitoring, maintaining high data quality and model relevance. Facilitate Agile methodologies such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives, coaching teams on best practices and removing obstacles where necessary. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, such as model inaccuracy, data privacy concerns, and unforeseen technical challenges. Communicate effectively with stakeholders—both technical and non-technical—delivering regular updates and ensuring everyone is aligned on goals and progress. Uphold ethical standards and compliance with data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee vendor management, external collaborations, and coordinate resource procurement for software, hardware, or data needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Position requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or closely related field, along with five years of experience in IT Project Management, Mobile and AI Initiatives.

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Representative to join our sales team in the Nashua, NH area. This is an entry level position. The role will focus on lead generation, utilizing company resources and your own creative ideas to source new leads.
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying new leads through various methods, including:
- Researching target accounts and developing strategies to establish new connections
- Keeping tabs on industry trends, identifying potential target markets, and researching competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Proactively seek out and develop relationships with prospective clients through networking (LinkedIn, email, local events, etc.)
- Collaborating with sales and marketing to select target markets, determine necessary content, and ensure a smooth handoff of leads ready to discuss a project
- Reaching out to potential leads via email and cold calls
- Leveraging our existing database of leads
- Exploring other creative lead generation strategies
Qualifications & Skills:
- Effective communicator
- Able to think strategically
- Persistent and self-motivated
- No prior sales experience is required
- Interested in technology and software development
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus but not required

Compensation:
Compensation is a base pay of $45,000 plus performance incentives.
